1. Interview Process:
Shortlisted candidates are called for the SSB interview, which is conducted in two stages over five days:
- Stage I: Includes the Officer Intelligence Rating (OIR) Test and the Picture Perception and Description Test (PP&DT).
- Stage II: Comprises Psychological Tests, Group Testing Officer Tasks, and Personal Interviews.
Candidates must clear Stage I to proceed to Stage II. Those who do not qualify in Stage I are returned on the same day.
2. Final Merit List:
- A merit list is prepared based on the candidates’ performance in the SSB interview and medical fitness.
- Selection is subject to meeting all eligibility criteria and the availability of vacancies.
